When your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number straight to your email, so you can follow your little piece of Italy all the way to your door.

Holiday Shipping Notice 

Our warehouse elves (okay… our amazing team 😉) will take a well-deserved break from December 24, 2025 to January 1, 2026.

To make sure your Italian goodies arrive in time for Christmas, please place your order by December 10, 2025.

After that date, we’ll still ship with amore, just with slightly slower sleigh service.

Shipping Information and costs

Typical orders from consumers with physical residential addresses in the 48 contiguous states are normally shipped via UPS GROUND / FEDEX. Orders are usually shipped within 24-72 hours and delivered within 1-3 business days of shipment (shipping times may be longer during peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, or Easter).

USA & Canada: Shipping cost is 18,90$  - Free shipping is available for order over 99$
UK: Shipping cost is 15 £  - Free shipping is available for order over 69 £
FR & DE: Shipping cost is 10 €  - Free shipping is available for order over 69 €

Shipping Methods and Expected Shipping Times

Sweetaly ships all orders via UPS Ground. Also, We don’t charge additional charges shipments via air or to AK and HI.
