The Colomba Classica A.D. 1552 is the typical dessert of the Easter tradition, with yellow paste, soft and well-honeycombed, the result of 72 hours of patient craftsmanship . His dough is rich in juicy peel of candied Sicilian oranges and natural vanilla Mananara of Madagascar. The surface is covered with a fragrant Italian almond glaze and decorated with whole almonds and sugar grains. The Colomba Classica is obtained by natural fermentation from sourdough and the basic ingredients are all fresh : eggs for breeding on the ground in Italy, milk, cream and mountain butter.
