This vinegar is obtained from the juice of sicilian oranges and concentrated grape must aged for 5 years in wooden barrels. The colour is intense, the taste is syrupy, the flavour is sour and fruity.

Amazing as a salad dressing. thick enough and the flavor is awesome. Absolutely delicious balsamic vinegar. Real Italian vinegar with class.

It arrived well-packed. We used the orange balsamic vinegar to marinate Brussel sprout and the result was awesome. This is the first time we are using this product and it will now be one of the main ingredients in our cooking.

I have been a fan of vinegar for a long time and I always value great vinegar. This is not the first balsamic I will be buying from Italian stores but this one got me thinking about why I have not discovered it until now. It is a good ice cream topping. I love it so much.
