Linguine La Pasta di Aldo: Artisanal Linguine Pasta from La Pasta di Aldo
SKU: PDA-005
Linguine are one of the most traditional shapes in Italian home cooking delicate, thin strands historically used in light broths and comforting soups.
Produced in Italy’s Marche region by La Pasta di Aldo, these linguine are crafted using the patented Aldo Method, a slow and carefully controlled production process designed to replicate handmade pasta craftsmanship.
Made with premium durum wheat semolina and a high percentage of fresh eggs, the dough is processed gently and dried at low temperatures for up to 48 hours. This extended drying period protects the pasta’s structure while preserving its natural egg flavor.
Unlike mass-produced soup pasta, these linguine maintain integrity in broth without turning mushy.
The result is a refined, artisanal soup pasta with:
Clean, authentic egg flavor
Excellent cooking resistance
Balanced absorption in broths
Elegant texture despite its thin cut
250 g / 8,8 oz
Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, eggs 32%
