Sardine is a catch from Frantoio Muraglia's Pop Art Collection — ceramic jars hand-moulded by Apulian craftsmen and splashed with the bright marine imagery of Puglia's coast. Against pure white pottery the little silver fish becomes pop art you can pour, each jar shaped and finished by hand as a genuine design object. What swims beneath the glaze is Muraglia's signature extra virgin olive oil: Coratina-based, cold-extracted from an early Apulian harvest, green and intensely fruity, peppery on the finish and rich in the polyphenols that signal freshness and quality — with free acidity well below the extra-virgin limit.
